Density supports both SP and IdP initiated SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) to the Dashboard.
Add a SAML connection in your authentication provider using the following parameters:
- Assertion Consumer Service URL:

- https://densityio.auth0.com/login/callback?connection=CUSTOMER_NAME
- Entity ID:

- urn:auth0:densityio:CUSTOMER_NAME
NOTE: Replace ‘CUSTOMER_NAME’ with your organization's name (no spaces or special characters).
NOTE: In the entity attributes section, please make sure to send over a lower case `email` attribute.
Once this setup is complete, please send the following to support@density.io:
- Sign-in URL
- x509 certificate
NOTE: Please inform Support if you intend to use an SP or IdP initiated connection. For IdP, all URLs (sign-on, recipient, and destination) must match the above Assertion URL.
NOTE: The Density Dashboard does not support Just-In-Time provisioning. All users must first be manually added/managed from the Dashboard under ‘User Management’. See this article for more on user management.
