How to Download Your Sensor Information

Note: You must have owner or admin-level permissions to access the sensor status page

1. Log in to dashboard.density.io
2. At the top of the screen, click "Sensor Status."
3. Find the sensor in the list. You can filter your sensor list by location (left side of screen) or search by name (right side of screen)
4. You can download the full list of your sensors and details by clicking the download icon on the right, next to Filter Sensors. Next, open the CSV download found at the bottom of your screen or found in your downloads folder
   
5. On the CSV download, you will find the following:

• Serial number: This serial number is unique to the sensor
• Status: Shows if the sensor is online or offline
• Last heartbeat: The last time that sensor was connected to Density servers
• Doorway: The location of the doorway the sensor is installed in
• Space(s): The location of the space of the doorway that the sensor is installed in
• Firmware version: The most recent firmware version of the sensor
• Ethernet: MAC address of the sensor if connected to ethernet
• Wifi: MAC address of the sensor if connected to wifi
