Please reach out to support@density.io to set up an appointment with our technical support. Include the LED color of the lights, and what steps you have taken so far. Our Network Support Specialist will let you know who to invite from your technical team.
We recommend you have the following parties identified for maintaining your sensor health.
- Onsite contacts who can check the LED light for the next steps and restart the sensor if needed
- An IT technician who can make changes to the network
- An onsite contact or a third-party installer who can check and repair cabling and swap sensors in the event a warranty replacement is needed
