Guide to Sensor Health: Offline Sensor Alerts

You can opt-in to automated offline sensor alerts to keep up to date with your fleet health. When a sensor falls offline for 3 hours, you will receive an email with its serial, location, and troubleshooting steps.

Please note: Automated alerts go out for all locations. You cannot opt into only one building or location to receive alerts. 

You can also sign up an email queue to receive alerts. Many users send the email to a ticketing system to track offline sensors and assign tasks to the right recipients. 

To opt in, please email support@density.io with the email addresses that should receive alerts. If you no longer wish to receive alerts, you can also notify support@density.io, and we will remove you from the list.
