Does Waffle Use Bluetooth?

Waffle is Bluetooth BLE enabled, although this connection is only used by the Density Spaces App during setup. This allows you to provision and configure the device and to connect to the device for basic troubleshooting.

Bluetooth is only active for 5 minutes after installation, at which point the device will need to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset the connection.
