I see data but it is showing in the wrong location in Open Area

  1. Check the serial number to ensure you’re connected to the right sensor
  2. Confirm all other overlapping sensors are disconnected
  3. Confirm the orientation of the sensor matches the rotation in Planner

To adjust sensors:

  1. Select the serial ID in the left panel or click anywhere in the specific sensor’s field of view. A pop-out window appears that enables you to:
    1. Change sensor’s height. Sensor height impacts its field of view
    2. Change sensor’s rotation
      • The arrow in the Open Area circle on the floorplan should face the opposite direction as the ethernet cable. Correct rotation is required for data validation.
    1. Detach serial ID from sensor location if it is incorrect
