I do not see data even though it says my Open Area is connected

  1. Check the serial number to ensure you’re connected to the right sensor

  2. Try to re-establish a connection by disconnecting and reconnecting

  3. Try refreshing the page and re-establishing a connection

  4. If you still do not see data, confirm the LED color is white. See the help article Why is my open area sensor offline?if it is any other color.

  5. Contact support@density.io if you are still unable to see data streaming
