Reasons for a floor plan swap

Furniture shifts or other significant floor plan changes may require a swap in Atlas.

Small floor plan changes, such as moving minor decor, would not require a floor plan swap.

Note: We ask that you limit floor plan swap requests to, at most, once per month.

Floor plan swap information

Please send the following information to your Customer Success Manager:

• The updated floor plan as a PDF or PNG file
• The location and floor number that needs to be changed

Note: Please allow a time frame of two weeks for your floor plan to be swapped.
