Can I Paint My Entry Sensor?

Painting or covering an Entry sensor can create unsafe thermal conditions or destroy the sensor's ability to function. The sensor enclosure serves as a heat sink. Any alterations to the original design could impact performance or result in exceeding industry temperature compliance limits creating safety concerns.
