How to find the Serial Number from a mounted sensor

You can easily find the sensor’s serial number for a mounted sensor using the Unit Setup app.

• Admin and Owner level permissions are required to access this option

1. Log in to your account using our Unit Setup app

2. Stand close to the unit and select the Scan for Sensors button

3. You'll find a serial number after the scan. Select the sensor with the strongest signal

4. Confirm this serial number belongs to the unit by using the Locate button at the top right corner of the screen

5. If the LED light in front of the sensor flashes, that serial number belongs to the mounted unit
