Density Spaces - Sensor Health

Sensor Health from the Home Page

In the bottom center of the Density Spaces app, click on Sensors. This takes you to a full list of all sensors at your building - Entry, Open Area and Waffle. 

You can sort by sensor type and by sensor status. Click on the sensor to get details of the online/offline states, the MAC address and sensor details for Support. 

Sensor Health from the Space

If you are already in your space, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on your serial number. This will show the details of the online/offline states, the MAC address and sensor details for Support. The health status change details of the sensor can be used to troubleshoot missing data from your space charts. For more details, you can log into Atlas at atlas.density.io and view 9 days of status changes under Settings > Sensors.
