How to Set Up Space View for Display

Display real-time occupancy of your business, and direct employees or customers on when they can visit your space.

How to Set Up a Space View Display

1) Log in to Atlas and click Settings > Displays

2) At the top right, click Add Display 

3) Select Space View 

4) Fill in the display details

• Select a space to display - choose which space you would like to show as your main stop/go display
• Display Name - Name for the list of displays on the Safe Display homepage
• Screen Type - Optimize the screen for tablet, television, monitor, or mobile viewing

Options

• Show Occupancy Metric - what percent of the space is utilized against its threshold occupancy
• Hide current count - Checking the box will show percentages only. Unchecking the box will show the number of people in the space currently
• Show QR code - Select the display shown by the QR code from a list of existing displays

5) Select the content preferences

• Sidebar Content Type - choose between a custom message or show additional space occupancies on the display
• Message - Enter a custom message to display, such as instructions where to check in or contact information
• Space List - Show the current occupancy of other spaces within the building
  • Please note: Up to 50 spaces can be added to the sidebar directory. On a fixed display, only the spaces that fit on the screen will show (e.g. the first 6 spaces for an iPad). A full list can be scrolled through on a mobile device by adding the QR code option set to the active display, or through a shareable link.

6) Click Save Changes

7) To use the Space View on a fixed display, you can either copy the display link to your clipboard by clicking the copy link icon on the right or open a new full-screen window
