For the Status metric - the API returns a true or false response for all or a subset of space. True means the space is occupied, and False means the space is not occupied.
Please Note: This API measures if a space “is occupied or not,” not “how many people are in the room.” In other words, it does not replace count.
While Density targets a less than one second delay for the status API, we cannot control for customer network speed or reliability. Network speed and reliability are factors in the sensor data transmitting to the Density cloud and the API response transferring from the Density cloud to the customer.
