I have OA coverage and can see some heatmaps, but if I scroll to a specific date, they don’t show
Heatmaps will only show from the date your Open Area sensors finished commissioning, which may be different from your Atlas data date range if you also have Entry sensors installed.
If your Open Area sensors fell offline for more than 24 hours, the data was lost. Open Area sensors can only store data locally for 24 hours. If someone at your organization is not opted into offline sensor emails today, please email support@density.io.
I have OA coverage, but the heatmap option is grayed out.

I have Entry sensors covering doorways, not Open Area installed on ceilings above the area I’m viewing
Heatmaps require Open Area sensors to track how people move in space. If you are interested in expanding your coverage to see more granular data of usage, reach out to your Account Executive, or email accountmanagement@density.io.
