Please note: At this time, emails can only be sent to existing users in the Dashboard. To add someone as a user, see the article How to add and manage users in Dashboard.
Log in to dashboard.density.io and click Dashboards
Select the appropriate Dashboard to send in the top-left dropdown.
Click Email in the top right corner.
Click Create Digest, Send Once, or Edit depending on your use case.
To create a new digest - select the time frames for the email to send and the users.
To edit an existing digest - click edit next to its name. Now you can search for your team member and them to the list.
Finally, click Save email digest.
Note: If your team member doesn’t have a Density account, you will be prompted to create one for them.
You’re all set. The next time this Digest goes out, your new team member will receive it.
