Reasons for a floor plan swap
Furniture shifts or other significant floor plan changes may require a floor plan swap in Dashboard.
Small floor plan changes, such as moving minor decor, would not require a floor plan swap.
Note: We ask that you limit floor plan swap requests to once per month.
Floor plan swap information
Please send the following information to your Customer Success Manager:
- The updated floor plan as a PDF or PNG file
- The location and floor number that needs to be changed
Note: Please allow a time frame of two weeks for your floor plan to be swapped.
